start with contents of fuel filter, suspect fuel contamination. also would start with compression test. What is maintenance history of boat and what do spark plugs look like

Thanks. Fuel filter and spark plugs changed 2022. We get the fuel from the marina and haven’t had issues before.

Compression test is on the list!

2022 was a life time ago... Yes but now that you are having issues unscrew the fuel filter and dump contents into a clear container. You would be looking for water, phase separation and debris.

What engine is in the boat? Obviously if you cant get on plane way down on power.
