I have a sea ray 210. The trim will go down but not up I thought it was the solenoids replaced them both up and down just because I was in there and still the same issue. I have an alpha one stern drive. The down will work but the up just clicks. The up function had been acting up, it would work and then not work intermittently but now nothing. Not sure what to do next. Very frustrated.

Need to check your connections at the connector. I had one go out at the trim pump connector; the pins inside the connector went bad so I bypassed. Your issue may be different. Since it clicks but doesn't work it could very well be a bad connection. Juice is making it to the relay but a bad connection to the pump motor is causing the issue.

grab a set of jumper cables, use the positive only cable, connect one to the battery and the other to the up wire of the pump. See if it goes up. If it does, bad + at the solenoid. If it doesn't grab a continuity meter (digital multimeter) and unscrew the 2 or so screws on the plate that is covering your switches on your throttle lever. Use the meter with 1 lead on the "red" wire which should be +, and another on the other 2 leads from the switch, press the switch in a direction and you should get a beep. If it works both ways with the corresponding wires then you know if the switch is bad or not. My switch was bad on my boat. would only go one way.

If the up trim doesn't work, but the trailer up does, you most likely have a defective trim limit switch on the gimbal ring.

You don't mention if you have an Alpha or a Bravo drive, but the trim is the same. Here is the troubleshooting procedures for the Alpha I Gen II.
