A friend of mine has a 1999 Sea Doo GTX RFI that will run good on the hose but will not get past 2400 rpm on the lake. It is fuel injected. The Rave Valves have been rebuilt, Rectifier, and Coil Pack all have been changed. The timing has been checked. The compression is 150psi and 145psi. It was bought last year with a new crate motor in it and has never ran correctly since bought. It is also hard to start in the lake. It is the 781.6 motor. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
