Working on a the above engine. Starts like a champ and runs ok but appears to run the carburetor bowl dry and stall. Pump the ball back to pressure and starts right up again. Brand new tank,band new gas. I removed the carburetor, inspected and cleaned. No visible issues but I do not work on a lot of outboards. My background is with generators, electrical and power equipment. I am guessing I have an air leak or a pump issue. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thank You!
