I'm fairly new to Bigfoot model as well so I had the dealer change it out. He said it was hard to get at so he added a second one at the line which makes changing it a lot easier next time.
I'm assuming this is a two stroke three cylinder?? If so, the fuel filter usually lives right behind the oil injection tank. Can be hard to see, but removal of oil tank will expose it to you. Hope this helps.
