1999 Johnson 115 Fuel Leak from “vapor pump”

My 1999 Johnson BJ115PLEEM has been sitting for a couple of years. I recently went to get it running again (carbs were drained, engine was winterized, etc before storage) and when the engine is at idle or I squeeze the primer bulb, fuel is coming out of the house with the blue arrow pointing to it. According to the parts diagram, that’s the vapor separator pump. Does anyone know if this this usually the actual culprit or is it potentially another part causing fuel to leak into this one? Thanks in advance.

Install the repair kit for the vapor pump.
I’ve been looking since yesterday and can’t seem to find a kit. I saw that you can purchase just the diaphragm for $5, though. Is that what you’re referring to? Thanks for the response, btw.

Well ,if you do not know it can be tough.-----Look it up on say a 1996 8 HP same pump essentially.----Different housing same repair kit.-----The factory kit comes with very good instructions.----I can post the part # if you can't find it with a bit of effort.
