Had my skis out for the first time this year and all was well until we hooked a tube to the back of my wife's waverunner. After that her ski would not go above 20mph. It would just bog out and die if you didn't let off the throttle. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Telltale sign of fuel starvation. Check your filters, pump, check for vacuum, etc. You need to start there and rule that out first. Today's gas causes nothing but problems, and most of the time it is fuel starvation.

Doesn't rev up. Bogs when I barely get to 20mph and that's only if I baby it to that speed. Sounds like it would be a good idea to clean and rebuild my carbs? Thanks for the ideas

Yes, carb clean and or rebuild, and fuel system full once-over. Things that ran fine at seasons end that don't run right after winter are almost always fuel related. I went through this with my boat a year back and wish I had checked the fuel system; it would have saved me 3 weeks and 425 dollars...instead I checked everything else.
I'd bet money on fuel starvation. Remove carbs, clean, all fuel lines and filters remove and clean, and i bet you'll be back in business.
Don't just focus on carb. That's a common starve point, but so are filter screens. Usually a clogged carb is due to something else failing it's job (filters)
👍 For the time you put in to this task, if it doesn't help there isn't much lost.
