Hello All, I am looking for a wiring diagram for a 1999 Four Winns Horizon. No gauges are working, but all have power.

Thanks

Do you have individual gauges or is this one of those junky cluster gauges 4 winns used back then?

I don't have a manual one way or the other, but your best bet would be to contact a 4winns dealer and see if there is even a wiring diagram available for that boat. Most didn't have one.

Thank you for the respones. I do have the indivual gauges. I will download the manual and see if I can trace the problem.

Re: 1999 Four Winns Horizon 170

The gauges generally have power (+12 volts) daisy chained from the first gauge in the string to all of the others. Same applies to ground and the internal light. If none of the gauges work, then I would suspect either loss of +12 volts or loss of the ground on the first gauge in the string. If the internal lights work on all gauges then that says the ground is probably ok as well since ground for the gauge and ground for the light are generally shared. If both +12 volts and ground are proven ok, that leaves 1) a dash full of bad gauges (highly unlikely) or loss of the "S" (sender) feed to each gauge (also highly unlikely) since the Voltmeter doesn't have a sender signal. Another clue to the issue is that if the voltmeter is not working, you definitely do NOT have +12 volts and/or ground.
