Greetings, I just purchased a 99 Fish Master Travis Edition boat, the fuel gauge is a bit wonky. I filled it on my way home from the dealership but it only reads 1/2 tank. I thought I'd be able to find the size rather quickly online, but that has not happened. Anyone with the same boat know the capacity of the fuel tank or maybe even an idea of repair suggestions. Taking the sending unit out looks like a real PITA!
Thanks in advance!

If you can't find an answer you might contact Travis Marine in Lewisville, Tx.....I guess they are still in business. I had a 17.5' 2002 Fish Master. Trying to recollect...I think mine was 18 gallon. I would imagine yours is at least 24 gallon. My Avatar is a picture of it with the 90 Merc I had on it....I really liked the stepped hull. Would get up and get.

Thanks, from what I have seen these boats have been discontinued some time ago. Travis Marine and Travis Boating Centers are long gone. I guess I will put a spare tank on and run the fuel out and then fill it up again for the capacity. I know the 23FT model has a 70 gallon tank. I know mine is not that large.

Do not know how easy your access is, there should be a stamp/or extra metal plate on the top of the tank ,usually by the sending unit with capacity listed. Other option is to take the measurements then Google how to get capacity of tank with measurements. Remember you will have a few gallons of gas that will not be picked up.
