1998 Wave Venture 700 Carb Question

Hello, I'm hoping somebody here can help me. I rebuilt my carbs last year and developed a gas leak almost right after. I spent a long time chasing hoses but now I believe the gas is leaking directly from the carb, which means I may have made a mistake during the rebuild. I've looked everywhere online including YouTube and the only carb anyone ever disects is Carb #1, I'm looking for Carb #2. Can anyone tell me if anything...like possibly 24...goes between 25 and 19 on this diagram for Carb #2. This is a 2 carb setup and my leaky carb is the one without the pulse/pump.

Hi. If it helps I’m sure these are mikuni carbs maybe.
Also. I don’t suppose someone has fitted a primer pump or bulb in line on route to the carb ? Usually the first suspect for either leaking or blowing the carb to bits.
