1998 Suzuki 140 or 1992 Suzuki 140 which is a better year for reliability?

:I have 2 2-stoke Suzuki 140hp jet motors 1 is a 1998 and the other is a 1992. It?s a long story why I have 2. I have not had either of them long. I have run them about a 1/2 hour each. I have completely gone through both lower jet units and they are fine. The 92 runs perfect starts right up idles great runs great wide open. The 98 starts good not as good as the 92 though. It idles a little rough especially on a hose. Wide open it runs perfect. I know the main difference is the fuel injection. I have to sell one fast I can?t decide. The 98 compression is from the top down 135 126 135 126. The 92 is also from the top down 140 130 135 130. Opinions Please. Thanks

i guess i would pick the better runner. compression are both with in reason.

Thanks. I know this is a strange question. I just like to get as many opinions as possible. It would be no problem if the newer motor ran better. I do think the 92 would be less complicated for me to work on having carbs instead of efi. Thank again
