1998 Sunbird Neptune 200cc

I have a 1998 Neptune 20 foot cc boat with a evinrude 150 outboard. I'm trying to find out what the weight of boat/motor is? What is the minimum class towing package I should have on my vehicle? I would also like to know the capacity of the gas tank.

had the exact boat, 97 model, with a 98 johnson. kcook's numbers are good, but remember that 60 or so gal of fuel adds a good amount of weight, plus gear, plus trailer. i always assumed i was around 4000 lbs when towing. i pulled it with a toyota tacoma (small truck but 5000 lbs towing capacity). it struggled a little, but did the job. i just had to go slow, both accelerating and braking.<br /><br />any other questions on the boat, let me know.

In reference to the 1998 Neptune 200cc 150HP how did you like the boat? It seems to handle the ocean well. Based on the 64 gallon tank, How far would you take the boat off-shore? I feel like I should be able to go 10-15 miles and return without fuel problems. Any guess on the evinrude fuel usage?
