I have a 1998 gmercury tracker pro series 115hp outboard motor, it will turn over but barley, I was told to take the plugs out and try and see if it would turn over and it spun like a champ, put plugs back and still barley would turn over, and then it will stop. Someone said it was like there was no where for the compression to exhaust? I have checked and cleaned the exhaust for this motor and still the same problem. Any suggestion! Thanks Matt
