1998 merc force on a 19ft sprint

just a quick question about this motor, i have yet to go pic the boat up, and was wondering if they are a twosmoker or not, and if so what ratio to run them at, thanks

Yep it's a two stoke. 50:1 ratio.

Does anyone out there know what size fuses are used in the 98 Sprint Bass Boat?

Not too sure about "98 Sprint Bass Boat".

But on my 1996 boat/motor combo, the engine fuse is ATC 20 Amp. And under the dash, I seen a fuse panel holding ATC 5, 10, ATC 15 and ATC 20 Amps fuses. re: http://www.northernautoparts.com/Im...TO_ATC_Fuses/24400a_led_illuminating_fuse.jpg All ATC fuses with no inline fuses.

Ozark. You should start your own thread.
Under the dash is a fuse panel.
ON the motor?? Not sure what it is were working on?
I think if there is a fuse on the motor it's a 20,again depending on the motor.
My motors have no fuses.1988/85hp
