1998 Glastron GS180 leans to the driver side

I just purchased this boat and it leans to the drivers side with nobody in the boat. I spoke to a friend who knows another guy with the identical boat and his leans to the same side. He says it just started leaning 3-4 summers ago. Any ideas?
