1998 Evinrude Ficht: Stator issue? Cuts off after warm

Hi I have a new to me 1998 evinrude Ficht 115 hp fuel injected. It will run fine through all the rpms and water is coming out the tell tail. After It gets warm (probably 10 min or so) it starts to stutter , check engine light comes on and the engine will cut off. When it does this the rpms jump up and down. I can cut it off and it will work for 30 sec or so after The restart. It will then bog down again and cut off. Eventually it will not restart until I leave it off for 20 min or so. Even then it will only run for a few minutes and cut off. At first I thought it was a fuel issue. I put in clear fuel line and confirmed fuel was flowing and the fuel pump is working. The primer bulb is staying hard. When it shut off for good most recently I put some ice on top of the EMM and it actually ran fine back to the dock. Now I'm thinking it is overheating. The rectifier was replaced right when I got the engine as the previous owner gave me a new one because he thought that was the issue. after doing some research could it be a stator issue? Has anyone encountered an issue such as this? the "hot" light doesn't come on when the check engine light comes on which is why I didn't suspect overheating at first. Let me know if I need to give more info

Has this got a water cooled EMM on it or is it air cooled ??

98 is an air-cooled.
Have a report read out of the EMM. If alarm set off and light on, a code will be stored.

Thanks guys. I know the rectifier is water cooled but the emm is air cooled Like Haffiman said.

Does it sound like a stator or TPS issue?

I removed the tps and did the manual reading of the codes that were stored. I believe no one had cleared them before because I got a lot of them below. I tried clearing them but it didn't work.

If in chronological order, I think you should pull apart all connectors and ground and clean!!! Air temp above range is a bit strange reading and might be due to 'high resistance' in a connection.
1: Clean all electrical connections.
2: Change impeller and verify EMM temp readings with an IR gun.
