I do not have specs maybe Racerone has them. I would not look to deep into this .....just try it and check for a rise in voltage on the battery (from resting to charging during higher rpms ).
In theory if the battery is to be charged at higher rpms it should rise " x" volts.
the DC being rectified AC peaks .
I suspect you should at least see a voltage level say...30 volts AC on a DVA reading possibly 20 on pure AC on yellows on a regular VOM meter . VOM provide what is call RMS volts readings which does not reflect the full peak values a DVA adapter will provide since it job is to rectifythe full AC volt peaks and " pile them up" in a capacitor and to be represented in DC formaT/ values.
The engine AC rectifier/regulator's function will apply the necessary volts to the battery.
