Ok here we go, While running the boat the port engine runs for around 3 to 4 minutes and then the tach begins to drop to around 1k rpm engine ussualy then stalls. All filters are new and spark plugs. The starboard eng. still runs fine, both use the same fuel supply. After around 5 min. I can run the port engine back to 4 or 5k if wanted to for around 4 minutes then the same problem comes back, when this happens there is alot of black smoke (rich) out of the exaust, sometimes when trying to re-start it helps to open throttle 1/2 to help start, (clearing flood). I'm not sure how I could flood efi controled injection? I believe I may be loosing secondary ignition (spark)? Something electrical appears to be getting hot and breaking down? Pulser coil? Ignition ICU? Or how could the fuel rail be over presurized intermitently? Or the injector pulse miliseconds some how be affected intermitently? I also heard that a nuetral switch in the controls can cause similar problems but don't understand how? Where would you start? HELP, Pat
