1997 Yamaha Wave Runner

I have a 1997 Yamaha Wave Runner 1100. What things should I do for winter?

Here is what we have been doing:

1) it is pre-mixed gas, It almost empty 5-7 gallon (add stybill)

2) flush engine with freash water and fog carbs untill it chokes off

3) removed plugs and spray fogging oil in plug opening

4) removed battery and store it inside and keep on a trickle charge


Should I add anti-freeze or just drain engine in step 2?

I live in Houston - I don't winterize anything.

North Carolina, it does get below freezing some in the winter.
