My 1997 150AET Yamaha is impacting the mounting bracket on the right side when the engine is tilted down. When it rubs the right side it continues to go down but you can tell the power trim and tilt motor is working under a load. Is this caused by worn parts? Where the steering cable goes through it is not binding at all. Appreciate any help!!
