My 97 Yamaha T9.9ELRV 4 stroke was running fine at about 2/3 throttle. I slowed to a fast idle and after a couple minutes it stalled just before I was going to turn it off. We drifted for a few minutes deciding whether to go back out or to the dock for lunch it started right up and we slowly went into the dock. Next day it started and I let it idle for 4 or 5 minutes and turned it off. After a couple minutes I tried to start it and the only way I could get it to start was at WOT and I had to keep revving the engine to keep it going. Any suggestions as to the problem would be appreciated.
