1997 Yamaha 1100 triple

I have a Yamaha 1100 triple and it keeps blowing out the shaft seal. Do you think that this would be caused by too much crank case pressure?

What’s the compression numbers like ?

after removing intake there was raw fuel behind the reeds and it also appears that whoever did the job before me used after market seals.
I have purchased carb kits, new complete gasket set, OEM seals for the crank. I have also purchased threebond 1200 for assembly. Would you say that I am on the right track? Am I missing anything?
