How hard is it to remove the hydraulic manifold out of the transom? I have to replace due to the threads being alum and the hose fittings are stainless. The threads came right out with the fittings. I just can't seem to get the manifold out of the transom with the hydraulic lines attached from the back side. The manual says you should be able to remove as long as they are detached from the trim pump. I hate to break something else as I have been doing this the more I tear into it. 
I think this is the first time the drive has been taken off since factory. There are only 138 hrs on this motor.
