1997 searay 240 DA rear seat cover

I have a 97 searay 240 DA and am looking for a rear seat cover preferably factory but aftermarket will do fine My color combo is the black and gold package. Does anybody have any ideas?

I've had some work done by a local auto refurbishing center. Is this a full-on seat or just a bench seat that you can remove easily? I just took the section of bench into the vendor and they recovered it for me (as a matter of fact, I think they basically rebuilt the whole seat because the wood was rotted as well).
