Just got my seadoo pwc out of storage after the winter which was winterized like I have been doing for the last 8 years. But this time it starts no problem but won' t go more than about 10 miles an hour...replaced spark plugs, checked choke and trottle cable, replaced gas and nothing still runs and at full throttle sounds like it sputters every couple of seconds... any ideas what could be wrong? thanks

Sounds like you need some carb work. I had my '97 GTI carb rebuilt 3 years ago.
I'll assume you checked the gas filter?

Thanks for the response....yes I did check the gas filter and cleaned the screen, I did spray carb cleaner in case it got varnished but always used gas treatment before I store it for the winter Someone else told me it may be the
r.a.v.e. valves? in the exhaust system? Have you ever heard of this. thanks
