Hello to everyone, Im new to this website. I have a huge problem with my 1997 Mercury Force 75HP 2 stroke. It will not start. I was out fishing and tubing one weekend. I turned the boat off to sit on the lake and it would not start back up i had to get towed back to the dock by a passing boat.
Things ive tried to troubleshoot the engine. The battery is fully charged. I changed out the fuel fiters, switched out the fuel (100% gas) i mixed it to the correct mixture. I changed the three spark plugs with new ones. I removed the carb. took it all apart and cleaned it. Still not starting. I removed the spark plugs to see if they are getting spark and yep i have spark. Even when i removed the spark plugs they are wet from fuel so i know the cylinders are getting fuel. I removed the trigger under the flywheel to see if it was damage and no damage was there. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!
Also compression in each cylinder is between 120-125
