Hello Hurricaners! I’m looking at a 1997 Hurricane deck boat that looks to be in excellent condition. I do all of my own boat service and repair. From the photos the engine appears to literally sit in a hole. I can’t see how to access anything like spark plugs, starter, oil filter, drain pecock valves etc. I’d just like to hear from some other DIY owners out there about how to access and service the engine before I commit to this boat. Thanks.
