1997 225 ox66 efi . Power head is newly rebuilt (crate motor) Engine will not come out of warm up.It fires on all cyl, took to mech. Thermostats rpl., thermosensor rpl, thermoswitches checked, tps checked & adj, cps checked & adj, O2 sensor verified, knock sensor rpl, all 3 wiring harnesses rpl, cdi swapped with a known good one. no codes at all with blinky light. Also coils, stator, pusar, charging sys checked and voltage regulator changed.
