Won't find one, boat manuals don't exist. They are basic safety manuals and tell you almost nothing about the boat. This forum is by far your best manual! Go into some detail (with pics!) about what you are looking for.
As stated above most makers do not have manuals that or of any use. Most of the Stratos I've seen have all the goodies included which means a somewhat complicated live well system. They have a fancy wiring set up for their live wells, This might help;
