Had granddaughter and friends out Saturday, drove all over, almost back to the ramp and the motor started rattling then BAM.

Paddled to the ramp....got the boat home, pulled off the intake, the metal everywhere and the bolt head sized hole in the crankcase told the tale.

So - how the heck do I get the power head off?
Have not found any hints on the interweb

Service manual will help greatly if you have never done this before, and hope the bolts come out.
but need to find out what caused it before installing a new power head so it does not happen again to the new one.
That one is not rebuild-able with pieces missing from block

I have worked on smaller motors quite a bit. Maybe a hint, like to get to the six bolts that hold the powerhead on, you have to remove the exhaust housing or something like that.
