1996 yamaha 250

i just bought a 1996 Yamaha 250 which has crabs and when i bought it some one had taking parts off of it well i finely got it running after finding a few parts but now when i went to hook the shift cable and the throttle cable up it looks like something else is missing can some one please send me a pic of this off a motor they have and a pic of the box on the starboard side of the engine behind that black box were the trim hooks up and all the other wires in that box so i can make sure that everything is their to cause i cant find any one whit this motor i can only find diagrams and i relay need pics of all this. thanks .and if some one might have a parts motor

I never heard of a Yamaha motor with the crabs, may need to head to the Dr office or the pharmacy.
