1996 Twin 150 Yamahas precision oil system not working

My 1996 Twin 150 Yamahas precision oil system is not working on either engine... When idling in the water all is good, when I throttle up my low oil pressure icon and alarms sound. I changed the filters in the boat reservoir tanks and one of the remote tanks level indicator (Which was physically broken); I went out again and had the same issue with the icon and alarms. This time I checked a few things at home, with the engines being ran and nothing happens with in the oil system, I Cannot get oil to pump from the reservoir tanks to the remote tanks even when I flip and hold the emergency switches on the engines, at the reservoir tanks I never heard the pumps come on at all. I did check for voltage at the wire harnesses off the reservoir tanks (it took a little effort to get the reading of 12 volts) so I have ordered to harnesses they have yet to arrive. In the mean time Any ideas?

Sounds like you have tried a few things already. Did you make sure that all electrical connections in the system are nice and clean? To me it seems odd that both would fail at the same time. Seems to be a possible power failure of some sort that is the common denominator

Not all connections yet, but it is on my to do list. When I get the harness I am gonna check more connections on the engines. That is why I am stumped right now, being both engines are doing the same thing.
