Hello, I need help with my motor, I have a 1996 mercury 90 hp 2-stroke with a tri-carb setup, I have one of the cylinders cutting out, I put a timing light on low rpm's and all are firing, if I use about 1/4 throttle, I can feel the other cylinder kick in and then out and keep going like that until it finally just works, then I can apply the throttle slowly up to about 3/4 throttle and leave it and it will be ok, but when I punch it to wide open, then it cuts out the other cylinder, I put in new plugs, and it still has the same problem. Now, in excess of this problem, another has just developed, when I go to start the boat, I turn the key to the on position, it usually beeps, then is silent, not anymore, I turn it to on and it has an alarm like beep, beep, beep, and so on, it just keeps beeping, if anyone has any advice about either of these topics, please let me know, because I checked the oil and it's fine, I checked the temperature, and there's cold water coming out of the pisser, so, if you could, please help me, I need it badly. thanks, and catch some big fish...
