Hi all, first post of many. I am looking at a 1996 Mariner 50hp 4 stroke tiller. And I was wondering what its faults are if any? Any help or guidance would be great. Thanks in advance.

How big is the boat?

I have an 18ft Lund Alaskan. 25hp is on it currently. It is rated up to a 55hp.

That 50 should work nicely.
