hello everyone I have a 96 johnson o/b i went to run it for the first time this year and it didnt go so well, i put new gas in ,new plugs in, new gas pump ball, i fogged and winterized corectly and i got the thing running but its only running on the bottom cylnder the top two are getting fuel(plugs being wet) and they have spark, not as much as the bottom cylnder but they have spark. each cylinder has 120 psi of compression, just not sure whats going on with the top two. has anyone else had this problem or know an solution please help i need to go fishing
