1996 Johnson 175EXED starter blown, need wiring diagram/help.

Hello and help??<br />I just picked up a rebuilt starter to replace the one that blew on my 96' Johnson 175EXED ...but it took so long to find the part (I live in Canada) that I forgot the exact placement of the battery leads. Can anyone out there PLEASE tell me whether the positive (red) battery lead goes to the copper coloured post/bolt on the solenoid or does it bolt onto the front mounting bolt found on the bottom right side of the starter itself. (I know, I know...I should have taken a poloroid befor pulling it out but I am stupid....what can I say??) <br />Thanks very much for all and any help

If its working its not necessary. If you don't trust it, why not. They are not terribly expensive.
