1996 Johnn 200 Venom

1996 outboard Johnson 200 hp Venom motor. Runs great but smokes, especially on start up. The VRO (oil pump) automatic oil injection was disconnected way back when the motor was new by a authorized service center per some recall / bulletin. Anyway, I mix the oil manually and use the Johnson Evinrude oil and mix 16 oz per 6 gallons. Question is this correct for what I believe should be 50:1? I can live with the smoke just was wondering.

I also decarb once a year at minimum.
