1996 Javelin 400TE wiring diagram needed

Both my aerators and water pumps for the live wells are not working. Mainly becausse they are not getting power. The bilge pump works off of the same wiring harness but not the aerators. I have checked the control panel switches and they are switching 12 volts but the wire color code does not match what is in the back of the boat at the aerator. I found where the control panel plugs into a wire harness but still no match on the brown wire and black wire to the aerator. I have traced it as far as I can and cut a couple of feet of wire out trying to find nice shiny copper wire but still no 12 volts.

where can I get a wiring diagram of this boat?
