I bought a used 1996 BF 75.The problem with it is there is water getting into the flywheel cavity from the lower shift shaft seals.I have been told that Honda has a TSB on this problem.I have already bought all the parts to fix the problem but was wondering if Honda would fix this for me or refund the money for the parts.
