1996 Bf15A Honda motor

!996 BF15A water in bottom of engine comp. Motor won't run with cover in place, runs fine with cover of. Water builds up in engine comp. to the point of overflowing. Water seems to be coming from very bottom also some bubling. Plenty of water coming out of peehole what could cause this and how to repair. Thank You

The exhaust is cooled by the cooling water discharge. Both are leaking into the engine cowling. The exhaust is killing the engine and the water is pooling.

You have a bad gasket where the powerhead connects to the leg.

How does one go about fixing that kind of problem?

Replacing the exhaust section of the engine. It is expensixe but need to be done before the engine becomes an anchor.
