1996 90hp force 2 stroke leaking oil from top

So I have this weird leak coming from what seems to be the top part of the engine... like where the engine swivels, I tightened my gas like but I still have a small Leak. It's only a couple drops here and there but I have no idea where it's coming from... any help?

OIL????
There's a hose from the recirculation system that runs from the bottom of the top cylinder to the bottom of the middle cyl.
The hose's get old and crack and can leak, maybe yours is leaking?
