1995 Yamaha wave venture, No spark at spark plugs

I have a Yamaha wave venture 1995 model. It has no spark at the plugs. I have checked all connections and also the start/stop and kill switch box. I don't have a output tester, but I have taken a test light and there is power coming from the stator when cranking. There is power going to the cdi. Any idea's on why there is no spark?

Update there is no power coming out of the charge coil that is located on the stator. There is a brown/white wire that comes out of it and when turning over it has no signs of power when i put the test light to it. Is there a simple diagnosis or an easy fix or do i have to replace the entire stator
