There in is the confusion, It measure's 23" but Stratos has a step pad that is 3" and it has a 4" manual jack plate, So I need info from some one whom has a Stratos bass boat and knows exactly cause I was figured 25"or XL, But thank you Bondo for the welcoming and for trying to help and answering my post, You may be right ,it could have had a 20" or L on it, and with the 4" of adjustment from the manual jack plate may cover the height.

is that 23" at 16 degrees? sin of 74 degrees x 23" = 22" vertical rise if so, with a 4" offset from a jack plate, a 20" leg is what you would want. as for every 4" back, you need to raise up 1". then the jack plate can adjust up or down.
