1995 skeeter 300zx electronic issue

i bought a 95 skeeter 300zx a month ago i took it out a few times and all was good. i went to turn the main power switch on and nothing happened, i opened up the console and checked the switch and the fuse and they were fine. i have been trying to figure it out for the past couple days but cant find any wiring diagrams for it. this is the first boat i have owned and cant figure out what the issue is any advice would be greatly appreciated.
