1995 Merc 3 cyl power trim problem

I am just starting out and purchased my first boat. I have a 1995 merc 3 cyl, 90 HP engine, i wanted to start the boat but the trim is not working, up or down. When i added H fluid to the fill, it sucked it up and then spewed white milky fluid.

Now the motor wont go back up! I am assuming it is because it is under pressure..How do you get the motor back up? Do i have to take the engine off?

A few notes: When i first started, the engine dropped to the ground! I was holding it, so there was no pressure holding the engine up. Once i added the new fluid, the moter will go down but now it is stuck in the down position. I really need your help! If need be, i will replace the O rings as it stated in the other threads. However, i did not see anything about getting the engine back up to the original position. Thanks for your help
