1995 mariner bigfoot questions

interested in buying a 1995 mariner bigfoot 2 stroke, the problem is the wiring cable, starter cable, ground, and fuel lines were just cut off the boat. not worried about anything besides the wire cable looks like about ten wires in there, no idea what to hook them to. i am wondering if there is a switch box or somthing needed to plug this into it has no ignition or controls nothing besides the engine. i am wondering what all i would need to purchase before i could run this motor.

Before I did anything I would run serial # thru local law enforcement officials as this is usually the way a engine looks in a "snatch and grab"

good advice in fact i tried, i have to wait until monday morning but i have a number to call direct and the man is sapost to be going to call back with serial number. by the way it is a 60hp motor and the plug on the wiring harness is still there i just dont know what the other ends connect to. the price is right at $1000 negotiable and i plan to negotiate it down depending on what i will need to run this motor
