1995 Four Winns 115 turbo jet. Can anyone recommend a GOOD repair place......

I live in Northwest Illinois, around Woodstock, Crystal Lake, Mchenry, Algonquin, just to name a few towns. Can anyone recommend a good/reliable mechanic that can work on OMC 115 Turbojets. I have one that has no power only when in the water. I have looked on these and other forums and have found many other who have had the same issue but I have yet to find a solution. I have tried everything I can think of and still have the problem. So, it is time to take it to a place that can fix it. I talked to a couple of marinas and they just laugh and say..."we don't touch those".

Ayuh,.... Sometimes, Somebody will build something that's a Flop,... Don't sell,.. No parts,...
OEM, Oughta business....

If ya find yerself holdin' such a beast,...
Sometimes, ya just gotta give up the ghost, 'n part it out, 'n scrap the rest....

Its only been two weeks since I bought this boat....I'm not giving up yet. I have found several people on these posts that have asked about the exact same issue so this is nothing new. What I have yet to find in a definitive answer to the problem.

When you say no power, do you mean the engine rev' s but no go? If so, then you just have a worn stator and wear ring.
