I just bought a 14' v hull with A 1995 Evinrude 30 I took off from the boat ramp and it ran amazing I shut it down and fished for a lil bit and went to go take off again and it would not get up on plane. The motor kept acting like it was going to stall out. So I shut it down and let it sit for about 20 minutes finally got it up on plane drove for about 5 minutes and noticed there was no water coming out of the pee hole so I shut it down. I waited about 5 minutes I started it up and water was coming out of the pee hole but the engine would not get up on plane it had hardly any power. Whenever I would get it up on plane the the water would stop coming out of the pee hole after 5 minutes. What is causing this why does it stop peeing and why sometimes does it bog down and no power?
