My motor is running rich. I have check all 4 carbs and they seem to be holding tight i.e. the needle and seat don't appear to be leaking. The no. 1 cylinder has a wet plug but doesn't appear to be firing. The other 3 plugs are black with carbon. I have checked the spark and all plugs are sparking across their gap. Each choke is also opening up fully. Any suggestions?
