1995 5 hp gamefisher question

I have a 1995 5 hp gamefisher motor and it is leaking from the priming bulb and wont start. is anyone familiar with this? Please help!!

Leaking from the bulb, replace the bulb.
Does it pump fuel to the carb?
How long has it set?
Check for spark?
Dirty carb?
Compression?
Kill switch?

Thanks Jerry, i'm not sure how long it say before I got it. I am not even sure it was ever used because it logged brand new. I just used a 50 to 1 mixture because I was not sure if the previous owner did a break in on it. I will try changing the bulb and hopefully that will work. Thanks again.
